I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.

All drawings that you and I post on Social media may include a subtle sign that you can't remove. This doesn't apply for most Copyright Licenses.

I may post finished commissions pieces with a watermaker on social media after I send them to you. If you don't want me to post them publicly, please read the Copyright Policies.

I have the right to cancel any commission order (before or after the sketch) if there is: Lack of communication (days), offensive behavior from the client, rushing me too much, or anything that makes me uncomfortable to continue to work (I'll warn you politely if anything is happening).

Commissions could be done after or before of T.A.T.

You must give me reference pictures of the things you want me to draw. I will deny commissions if the information of the things you want me to do are are given all or mostly through text.

I have the right to be named, mentioned and credited for my work.

I have the right to stop you or others that claim they created my work.

I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (check last paragraph of Payment T.O.S)

You will give me all the reference pictures of the things you want me to do at the beginning of our communication, any new given references to make changes or add new things into the illustration that were not given at the begining will have a increased price depending of complexity.

If you want to change something in the drawing that was previously approved, it's going to count that as a revition.

You will get 1 free revition inclused in the base price, any other revition after those free ones have a price of 2 to 5$ depending of complexity

Any revitions at the rendering process are allowed only to modify: Color tone and saturation, Light intensity, Shadow intensity and minor details. Changes in form and shapes are only allowed at the sketching process

Delays in communication in revitions may increase the T.A.T

You can ask for WIPS at any time after the sketch, but I could deny to send wips by any reason.

WIPS will have a watermark in them. WIPS will not have any watermarks if you paid 100% of the commission upfront.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know.

Paidments are 50% Upfront and 50% Before final delivery. They can also be 100% upfront

Paid revitions, after being done, have to be completely paid within 3 days or just before of the final delivery

I'll start drawing the sketch after the first 50% of the payment its received.

Payment methods that I accept: Paypal (USD only)

I'll deliver the HQ finished artworks without a watermaker once the last 50% of the payment its completely received, once that happens, the commission will be completed.

I will not do refunds once payment is received

For better protection for us, PayPal payments will be only through invoice, this invoice will have a custom Terms and Policies for the commission.

You can get a refund if you already paid the first 50% but I haven't started the sketch, I will check for your messages in all platforms were we previously talked before I start sketching, If I dont find any message from you that tells me to do not start to sketch after you already paid I'll start sketching. But if I do find one message like that, I'll stop the commission and proceed to refund your money.

You will not commercially profit from any digital asset that only have a Private use Copyright License.

You can modify my work ONLY with my permission or correct Copyright License / agreement

You will not profit from any modified version of any digital asset done by me without permission.

You can not post my work on any platform or social media without my signature on the picture, this signature can not be croped, blured, modified or removed by any reason. ^{(You can purchase a copyright License to avoid this policy)}

Any kind of copyright License can not be transfered or shared to someone else without my permission.

You (the commissioner) are fully responsable of all consecuenses of violating someone else Intelectual Property if the character on the Illustration is not owned by you.
